Ceropegia Woodii, also known as String of Hearts, is a trailing plant from southern Africa. This quick growing plant makes a unique and impressive hanging plant with its long, thin vines and beautiful heart shaped leaves. As a type of succulent, the soil should be left to dry out between watering. It is best kept in a bright spot with up to a few hours of direct sunlight per day.
